Mack Hollins Placed on Injured Reserve by Patriots

The New England Patriots have put veteran wide receiver Mack Hollins on injured reserve due to a calf injury. Hollins was injured during last Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills, where he had to leave the field in the third quarter. Prior to his injury, he had become the team’s leading receiver with 15 receptions and 209 yards for the season, stepping up after A.J. Brown was sidelined.
With Hollins out, the Patriots are left with four active receivers: Romeo Doubs, DeMario Douglas, Efton Chism III, and Kyle Williams, as they prepare to face the Las Vegas Raiders. The team is already dealing with multiple injuries, having placed 19 players on injured reserve this season, surpassing their 2025 total.
